How long does it take for new orders to arrive?
New orders typically take 2-7 working days to arrive, excluding Fridays. Please note that sudden vacations are not counted as working days, and we will begin processing orders after the vacations end.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
• Our policy requires that you receive the package sealed; however, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return or exchange any item within 7 days, provided it is in its original condition.
• Return & Exchange Fees: – Cairo & Giza: 75 EGP (for shipping & handling). – Other governorates: 90 EGP (for shipping & handling). (Fees apply for refunds ONLY, except for wrong/defective items.)
• Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund amount (minus return fees) will be issued within 3–7 business days from the refund request.
• Items without the Atypical studios tag, worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for return/exchange.
• If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, we offer a free exchange or full refund—based on your preference—within 7 days.
**سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال**
• تتطلب سياستنا استلام الطلب وهو مُحكَم الإغلاق، ومع ذلك نحرص على أن تكوني راضية تمامًا عن مشترياتك. وفي حال لم تكوني كذلك، يمكنكِ استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج خلال 7 أيام بشرط أن يكون في حالته الأصلية.
• **رسوم الاسترجاع والاستبدال:**
– القاهرة والجيزة: 75 جنيه (شحن ومصاريف إدارية).
– باقي المحافظات: 90 جنيه (شحن ومصاريف إدارية).
(تُطبق الرسوم على *الاسترجاع فقط*، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج خاطئًا أو به عيب.)
• **الاسترجاع المالي:** بعد استلام المنتج المُعاد والموافقة عليه، سيتم إصدار قيمة الاسترجاع (بعد خصم الرسوم) خلال 3–7 أيام عمل من تاريخ طلب الاسترجاع.
• المنتجات بدون تاج Atypical Studios أو التي تم ارتداؤها أو استخدامها أو تلفها غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• إذا استلمتِ منتجًا خاطئًا أو به عيب، نوفر لكِ استبدالًا مجانيًا أو استرجاعًا كاملًا—وفق رغبتك—خلال 7 أيام.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
Your money will be refunded promptly once the item reaches our warehouse, typically within 5-10 days.
RECEIVED A FAULTY/DEFECTED ITEM?
We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! There's no need to return the item to us at this stage. We will immediately send another one or another item of your choice after you confirm the following information.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived or is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 days of the expected delivery date, please check the following:
Verify Your Address: Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Check Your Phone Number: Make sure we have your valid and available phone number for delivery updates.
If everything is correct and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at help@atypicalstudios.co with your order number. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
